Our 50,000 square foot facility in Hortonville, WI offers a five- stage iron phosphate wash system, continuous liquid paint or powder coating line, batch oven, media blast booth, spray booths, a production conveyor system and convenient loading docks. We are fully insured and in compliance with all federal, state and local regulations. Our state-of-the-art production line is tailored to adapt to a wide range of sizes, shapes, quantities and special constraint components and is capable of handling materials as large as 56" high, 30" wide and 23' long as well as efficient handling of smaller production runs. With the recent installation of our new 8' x 8' x 24' batch oven, in addition to our 6' x 6' x 8' batch oven, our size capabilities have expanded to offer full powder coating services for any of the more unique applications. With a normal lead-time of five (5) business days, WIPPC is able to turn your project around quickly to help you meet project deadlines. |
